When I founded InnerSocial Marketing, social media was often dismissed as a passing trend rather than a serious business channel. I saw something different. I saw an emerging shift in how brands could build real, lasting relationships with their audiences. After starting my career at a traditional advertising agency, I launched InnerSocial Marketing to help businesses navigate this new digital landscape with intention, strategy, and measurable impact.
What began with organic social media management quickly evolved into a broader, performance-driven focus. Over the past 14 years, I’ve led thousands of campaigns for hundreds of clients, consistently exceeding KPIs across industries ranging from local organizations to global brands. While strong content is foundational to everything we do, my core expertise lies in end-to-end digital marketing strategy and paid media execution—designing campaigns that are not only creative, but accountable to real business outcomes.
Today, my work spans paid social, search, display, mobile, email, and Connected TV, with a growing emphasis on AI-driven optimization and intelligent automation. I bring a rare blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a background in graphic design, video production, and photo editing that allows me to guide creative and performance teams with clarity and precision.
Outside of work, I’m a mom of two, a wife, and an avid outdoor enthusiast. You’ll most often find me in nature, hiking mountains, fly fishing, snowshoeing, kayaking, or recharging through fitness, playing sports, cooking, and travel.

Dakota is a seasoned social media strategist with more than a decade of experience creating photo, video, and graphic content for brands across 20 industries—from healthcare to real estate to outdoor and fashion brands to restaurant groups to aviation. She has developed high-performing content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok) and brings a sharp eye for strategy that drives results.
In Colorado, she led content creation for the TransRockies Race Series, producing 45+ organic posts in five days that reached 9,000 unique accounts and generated over 39,000 views on a page with just 2,000 followers. She also supported social media production for the Department of Defense Warrior Games, a multi-day adaptive sports competition featuring more than 200 athletes, national media coverage, and senior military leadership.
Dakota’s campaigns consistently outperform platform benchmarks by 25% or more and have included high-visibility collaborations like the Mobilizing for Monuments project, backed by The Conservation Alliance, Rivian, KEEN, Flickr, and others. Bailey Epperson is a social media manager and content creator based in Colorado Springs with a strong background in collegiate athletics and social media management.
With experience managing social media and digital strategy for organizations like UCCS, SMU Athletics, and Air Force Athletics, she specializes in creating engaging, on-brand content that builds community and drives results.
Bailey combines strategic planning with authentic storytelling to help brands show up consistently and connect meaningfully with their audience.
